Back To Basics Total-Body Workout


Every driving instructor knows it. Every school teacher knows it. Even Gap knows it. Every once in a while, we need to just get back to the basics. As the world around us gets more complex and creative, so does the world of exercise. Of course new ideas and changing our workouts are necessary and fun. But once in a while it’s best to check in with your basic moves and make sure they are in good working order.
